At Swagelok Cleveland | Columbus | Charleston, our 600 ft² Class 100 cleanroom, with the flexibility to operate at Class 10, is a cutting-edge facility equipped with two advanced welding stations and a dedicated inspection, testing, and packaging area. This environment allows us to deliver UHP fabricated assemblies and welds with unparalleled precision. By meticulously controlling dust, air pressure, humidity, and temperature, we ensure a particle count of no more than 100 particles (each 0.5 microns or larger) per cubic foot—far exceeding the cleanliness achievable in typical shop environments.
