Requirement
Development of a standard solution for filling with precursors for use on ALD, CVD or PVD systems. As well as for a safe transport of the precurser from the filling to the equipment or to the laboratory.

Solution
Closed precursor cylinder consisting of a miniature sampling cylinder and a bellows valve incl. VCR protection cap with a safety wire.
