Swagelok Certified Training, our training programs have been developed in conjunction with many industry types over many years and are recognized globally as the industry standard for training in small bore fluid system installation.
Swagelok Thailand as your local Swagelok Sales and Service Center, we launch an essential training program to create a stronger skills for your staff as listed below;
1. ESSENTIAL AA1-1 Swagelok Tube Fitting Installation Training
Duration: 1 Day Course (9:00-17:00)
What you will learn:
Learn foundational tube fitting knowledge that ensures system integrity and minimizes leakage risks. The course covers:
• Proper tube selection, cutting and deburring
• Assembly of Swagelok® tube fitting
• Gauging a tube fitting assembly
2. ESSENTIAL AA1-2 Swagelok Tube Fitting Installation Inspection Training
Duration: 1 Day Course (9:00-17:00)
What you will learn:
This course will teach attendees to identify correct tube system placement, correctly install Swagelok® tube fitting. This course are cover:
• Identify correct tube system placement e.g. tubing lay line, tube installation and handling and bending defect
• Intermix/Interchange and tube fitting installation inspection with/without disassembly
• Pipe thread inspection

3. ESSENTIAL AA5-1 Swagelok Hand Tube Bending Training (Bending Box)
Duration: 1 Day Course (9:00-17:00)
Advanced Tube Bending provides skill to install multiple tubing runs efficiently and safety. This two days course is designed for advanced tube benders.
What you will learn:
• Tube system design consideration
• Practice "measure-bend method" through hands-on exercises using Hand Tube Bender
• Demonstrate tube bending concepts to complete quality 45°, 90°, 180° and offset bends
• Identify minimum leg lengths making bends as close to the end of the tube as possible which beneficial to bend the tube in limit space
• Identify common tube bend defects
Remark:
1. Select an optional 2 days combination course between AA1-1 installation training with AA5-1 hand tube bending training (PART NUMBER: ESSENTIAL AA9-2)
4. ESSENTIAL AA9-4 Re-Certificate of Swagelok Tube Fitting Installation and Basic Hand Tube Bending Training
Duration: 1.5 Days Course
Re-certificate Program are specifically design for installers, fabricators and maintenances in fluid system who had an experience and passed ESSENTIAL AA9-2 course.
• You can re-certificate before the last certificate is expired.
• Before starting the class, you need to pass a written and practical exams on tube fitting installation and basic hand tube bending to verify participant’s knowledge and skill.
*** Remark: Attendee must be completed ESSENTIAL AA9-2 before and re-certification must be completed before the present certificate expired
