Chief Financial Officer

Chris Miklich first joined Swagelok in 2001 and was named chief financial officer in 2019. In this role, Chris is committed to moving the company forward by driving profitability and growth, leading by example, and developing a strong team.

During his time at Swagelok, Chris has served in all areas and levels of leadership within the finance department, gaining broad experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, cost accounting, and treasury.

From 2013 to 2015, he served as director of tax, treasury, risk management and insurance at Consolidated Precision Products. He rejoined Swagelok as director of tax in 2015 and was soon promoted to treasurer and director of tax and payroll.

Chris has been a key contributor to Swagelok’s successful investment and hedging program. He also led the transformation of the organization’s tax function, partnering with PricewaterhouseCoopers to combine the strengths of Swagelok’s team with best-in-class industry knowledge.

Outside of work, Chris is an avid sports fan and is proud to serve as a trustee for the Swagelok Foundation, as well as on the board of the Great Lakes Science Center.

Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and a Master of Business Administration, both from John Carroll University.
