Hannah Delis Promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer

Solon, Ohio (August 22, 2022) — Swagelok Company is pleased to announce the promotion of Hannah Delis to chief human resources officer, leading the organization’s global human resources and communications functions. Her global team oversees talent and communications, global human resources operations, and compensation and benefits.

Since joining Swagelok in 2012, Delis has worked across all HR disciplines, including workforce development, organizational and talent management, and global HR business partnerships. She was named vice president, global human resources in 2021. Her leadership in workforce development, organizational and talent management, and global HR business partnerships has helped establish the company as an employer of choice in Northeast Ohio and beyond. She began her career as a licensed independent social worker, serving as a children and family therapist and case manager for several community organizations.

Delis holds a degree in criminology from The Ohio State University and a Master of Science degree in social administration from Case Western Reserve University. She currently serves on the board of The Children’s Museum of Cleveland and the Swagelok Foundation.
