Vice President, Sales Support

Michael DiCesare joined Swagelok Company in 2020 and assumed the role of vice president, sales support in 2025. In this position, he is responsible for the vision, strategies and programs that steer Swagelok’s company-owned and independent sales and service center model to drive growth.

Michael began his Swagelok career as director, IT operational platforms. In 2022, he took on additional leadership responsibilities as the director, enterprise applications, which included partnering with the business and sales and service centers to develop a long-term IT roadmap and begin SAP B1 optimization. He then joined the commercial team as director, global products before he was promoted to the executive team as vice president, IT in July 2023.

Prior to joining Swagelok, Michael worked for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. for 10 years, holding various leadership positions supporting and enabling global business operations and the company’s Americas commercial and consumer businesses.

Michael grew up in a suburb on the east side of Cleveland and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in information systems from Cleveland State University.

Outside of work, Michael serves on the board of Towards Employment, which aims to empower individuals to gain and maintain employment.
