Vice President, HR Operations

As vice president of HR operations, Jen Woo oversees core human resources operations, including organizational design and strategy, workforce development, Total Rewards processes, compliance and labor laws, employee relations, and HR technology and operational excellence for all associates globally. She joined Swagelok in 2016 and has held multiple, progressive leadership roles across the HR function.

Prior to joining Swagelok, Jen worked in various HR roles at Goodyear Tire & Rubber and Target. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Mount Union and is certified as a change management practitioner.

Outside of Swagelok, Jen serves on the boards of the American Red Cross of Northeast Ohio, which mobilizes volunteers and donations to prepare for and respond to life-threatening emergencies, and The Littlest Heroes, an organization that provides emergency financial assistance to families with children who have pediatric cancer.
