Vice President, Talent and Communications

Lindsay Domingo joined Swagelok Company in 2018 and was named vice president, talent and communications in 2022. In this role, she leads the integrated teams of talent management, talent acquisition, and communications. Lindsay and her team set the direction for the associate experience through programs and communications that bring Swagelok’s culture and values to life within the company and community.

She began her Swagelok career as a senior human resources manager supporting all functional areas of the organization before being named director, global talent management and organizational development in 2019. She transitioned to the role of director, global talent management and operational excellence in 2021, and took a lead role in executive development, coaching, and succession planning.

Prior to joining Swagelok, Lindsay worked with The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. for seven years, holding roles in both human resources and communications. Earlier in her career, she was a television news journalist in Lawton, Oklahoma.

Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her family and giving back to the northeast Ohio community. She serves on the board of directors for two organizations, the American Heart Association and Adoption Network Cleveland, which supports the complex and lifelong journey of those impacted by adoption, foster, and kinship care.

Lindsay grew up in northeast Pennsylvania and earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Scranton. She wrapped up her undergraduate experience studying at The American University of Cairo in Egypt, with a focus on Arabic language. She also holds a master’s degree in international relations from the University of Oklahoma.
